Spring is Just Around the Corner!

Spring is just around the corner, March 20. Then before you know it it is time for summer, June 21.  Living in beautiful St. Augustine Florida spring or summer comes a little earlier than most.  Is your body ready for the festive season?

So it's time to throughout the jeans, sweaters and pull out the summer dresses and our little yellow Polka Dot bikini!

Time for simple sexy legs! Here is one of my favorite killer circuit routines that will jack your heart rate up by doing one set of each exercise in a row would like resistance. And at the end, rest for 1 to 2 minutes and repeat twice.

Lower Body Circuit

Exercise #1. Elevated Reverse Lunge (4-6 Inch Step) 15-20 reps (and yes that is each leg)

Exercise #2. Jump Squats 20 reps (you decided how high)

Exercise #3. Lateral Lunge 15-20 reps (you guested it each leg)

Exercise #4 Stability Ball Leg Curl 15-20 reps

Complete each Exercise with speed but protect your form! Intensity is the key! Once you complete Exercise 1 move to Exercise 2 etc.  After you complete all 4 Exercises Rest 1 to 2 Minutes then repeat!
