Power Boosters

POWER GREEN MONSTER

  • 1 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk

  • 1 cup baby spinach or destemmed kale leaves

  • ½ Large ripe frozen banana, chopped into chunks

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed

  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder 

  • 2 to 3 ice cubes 

  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

PINA COLADA SMOOTHIE

  • 1 CUP SILK ORIGINAL COCONUTMILK

  • 1 BANANA

  • 1/2 CUP PINEAPPLE CHUNKS

  • 1/4 TSP COCONUT EXTRACT

  • 1/2 CUP ICE

  • 1 PINEAPPLE SPEAR, FOR GARNISH

  • Blend all ingredients except garnish until smooth.

  • Garnish with pineapple spear topped by a cocktail umbrella.

ORANGE CREAM SMOOTHIE

  • CONTAINER SILK VANILLA ALMOND DAIRY-FREE YOGURT 

  • 1 TSP ORANGE ZEST

  • 2 ORANGES, PEELED AND SEGMENTED

  • 1 CUP SPINACH

  • 1/4 RIPE AVOCADO

  • 2 TBSP CHIA SEEDS

  • 10 DROPS VANILLA LIQUID STEVIA

  • 1 CUP ICE

  • Combine all ingredients and blend until dreamy!
