Our Next Real Women Lift Fitness Strength Training Session Begins September 19 thru October 29, 2022
At Real Women Lift Personal Fitness Training Studio we combine the individualized attention of RWL Personal Fitness Training with the camaraderie, energy, and motivation that is present in a group training setting. The idea is to push yourself with the help of your Real Women Lift Personal Fitness Trainer and the other women around you. Make some new friends while getting fit. Your group may contain women with diverse goals and varying levels of physical conditioning. We know that every woman is different and your goals and abilities don't necessarily match those of the woman beside you. This is small group training made up of women with individual needs.
Your workout is always changing so that you are challenged as your body adapts to your improved strength and stamina. Success is yours to take. We are here to guide you, push you, and encourage you. You do the work, We’ll do the rest. Real Women Lift Group Personal Fitness Training Fees for a 6 Week Strength Training Sessions are:
