How to Enhance Your Fitness Level: Supersets
I use the SuperSet technique both when I am training clients and in my own personal training routines. A superset is a form of strength training in which you move quickly from one exercise to a separate exercise without taking a break for rest in between the two exercises. Typically, you will take a brief break to catch your breath or grab a drink of water between sets of an exercise. This also gives time for the muscles to recover. But during supersets, you move from one set to another without a break. There are two main ways in which supersets can be performed. These two ways are quite different, and thus, the results derived from them vary greatly. The two main types of supersets are opposing muscle group supersets and the same muscle group supersets.

Perform these exercises in SUPERSET, done back-to-back with no rest in between, and shoot for 3 rounds of 10 to 15 reps each.
SUPERSET 1
Push-Up: Place your hands wider than shoulder-width apart to emphasize the middle chest.
Flat-Bench Alternating Dumbbell Press: Use one arm at a time to work each side of your chest individually.
SUPERSET 2
Incline Push-Up: Place your hands Narrow on a flat bench or Smith machine bar to target your lower pecs. Note: The lower the incline, the harder the push-up!
Incline-Bench Dumbbell Press: Set the bench angle to about 45 degrees to directly hit the upper pecs.
SUPERSET 3
Decline Push-Up: Place your feet on a flat bench behind you with your hands wider than shoulder-width apart on the floor to hit your upper chest.
Decline Bench Medicine-Ball Press: Press the medicine ball straight toward the ceiling, not over your face, to target your lower pecs.
