Push-ups may seem like a basic exercise that works only the upper arms and chest, but when done the RIGHT way, they use muscle all over your body. One good thing is you can do them just about anywhere and they can be adjusted to fit any ability level!
One of my pet peas is FORM, which is more important than speed or the number of Push-ups you can do.
As mentioned above, you can do Push-ups anywhere and they can be adjusted to fit any fitness level. For instance, you’re brushing your teeth and getting ready for bed, how easy would it be to do a set of Push-ups right there at the bathroom sink. You’re cleaning up the dinner dishes how easy would it be to knock out a set of Push-ups at the kitchen sink. You can do incline Push-ups at any counter top, chair, couch, the end of the bed and you can change your hand position between wide and narrow and lift a leg challenging yourself even more!
Can you do 50 Push-ups a Day? I know you can! If you did 50 Push-ups every day for a month that would equal 1,500 Push-ups. If did 50 Push-ups every day for a year that would by 18,000 Push-ups! Think about it! Doing Push-ups can help build muscle tone and strength in your upper body, better support around you the shoulder joints, core and back.
