Where has 2023 gone?
Can you believe there is only one more Real Women Lift Personal Fitness Group Training Session after our current training session! The last RWL Training Session is November 8 through December 17th! Where has the time gone? For my clients looking to Schedule their 2024 year here is the current schedule. Yes, we have clients that plan their fitness journey granted there are times when there are conflicts but for the majority of the time their fitness journey stays true to the Real Women Lift Personal Fitness Training Group schedule. Maintaining their health and fitness goals are very important to them.
