We Have Open Timeslots in Our Evening Training Sessions

Tuesday/Thursday 5PM Real Women Lift Strength Training Session! Just like getting up early in the morning to workout it takes some real dedication fitting exercise into a full-time work schedule. Evening workouts can be tricky, but once you get into a groove, it’s generally smooth sailing thereafter. Real Women Lift Training Sessions will guide you through an hour of power – you can leave the planning to us! Did you know that signing up a Group Strength Training Session like Real Women Lift helps keep you accountable for your afterwork training session! Although as I mention last week, there are benefits for morning workout but there are also benefits to evening workouts like: Energy to handle longer workouts plus more ready to handle intense workout and strength training. Use it as a means to decrease stress!  If you’ve had a rough day (we all do once in a while) exercise is one of the main methods people use to counteract life’s stress due to how it releases endorphins and transports your mind away from any problems you may be having. This also helps you sleep better.

Is it better to work out in the morning, afternoon or evening?  “There isn’t a “RIGHT” time to exercise.  The best time is one that you can stick with long-term.

To help you stay on track with your evening workout prepare the night before by packing your gym bag, pre-workout snack. Prep for when return home, by having my table set and dinner prepped as much as possible.  The big one is DELEGATE!
